Are you looking for a new topping for your toast?
One of my favorite bloggers, Tina Haupert of Carrots 'N' Cake, has been raving about the 100 percent all-natural Nikki's Coconut Butter.
The spread looks totally delicious. It comes in six flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie, Vanilla Cake Batter, Midnight Mocha, Macadamia Nut Cookie, Cashew Crumble and Honey Pecan Pie. I'm guessing it tastes just as good as it looks because the butter is currently on backorder.
So why am I "spreading" the word (haha!) about coconut butter?
Lately, I have been eating a spoonful of peanut butter as a mid-afternoon snack. I like it and it fills me up, but I'm ready for a new not-so-nutty flavor. Coconut seems perfect, especially Midnight Mocha Coconut. I love my chocolate!
The coconut butter is $9.99 a jar and each jar contains about 16 tablespoons.
