NEW CASTLE —
The Shenango Area School Board has approved a resignation agreement with Ralph Martone.
Martone, a physics teacher for 24 years, is on medical leave for the second semester. His resignation is effective June 30.
The board also accepted the annual audit report conducted by Mark Turnley for the 2011-12 fiscal year. Superintendent Michael Schreck said the audit had no findings.
