The Wilmington Area School Board on Dec. 19:
•Approved, contingent on review of the solicitor, Edinboro University student Gary Kinner as a for a school psychology student internship.
•Tabled recommendations of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association to adopt standards for school governance and a Code of Conduct for school board members. Additional review and discussion is needed, board members said.
•Agreed to pay approved physicians or nurse practitioners $5.50 per examination for conducting school-based physicals.
•Added to the daily substitute list the names of Natisha Snyder and Inga Arnold, approved under emergency certification.
•Conducted an executive session which Superintendent Dr. C. Joyce Nicksick said concerned an incident involving a student.
