NEW CASTLE —
The Lawrence County Career and Technical Center will host its second annual open house for prospective students and family.
The event is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 26 at the vocational-technical school, which is at 750 Phelps Way.
The purpose of the open house is to allow students who are considering applying to see firsthand the opportunities the school has to offer in career and trade training.
Local trade/technical schools and community colleges will have tables with information regarding their programs and how they align with the center’s curriculum and training.
