NEW CASTLE —
New Castle Arts Academy Charter School will have a public meet-and-greet session Thursday.
The program will run from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Copernicus Room at the New Castle Public Library.
Officials from the proposed charters school will be on hand to answer questions.
