*Authorized curriculum coordinator Mark Ferrara to sign checks, requisitions, purchase orders and other documents that do not need board approval and to conduct day-to-day affairs in the absence of superintendent Dr. Michael Hink. Hink said he anticipates taking vacation time prior to his retirement in January. *Agreed to pay the Neshannock Township supervisors $12,440 to install School Zone traffic warning lights on Mitchell Road. The township is responsible for maintaining the lights. *Approved the 2004-05 audit of the school district by Robert Izzo of Phillip Weiner and Co.
