Police seek man in assault

NEW CASTLE — Police are seeking a man for allegedly assaulting a woman in an apartment on the city’s North Hill.

New Castle police said the woman had been taken to the hospital by ambulance.

She told officers she had gotten into an argument about her car keys with Steven Michael Tedrow, 24, of 2188 Center Church Road, Ellwood City, around 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

She told police Tedrow had punched her in the head and knocked her down, then repeatedly punched and kicked her head and body before running off.

Police said the woman had a bump on her forehead and bruising and swelling on her body.

Tedrow was charged Friday with simple assault and harassment and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
