Police: Reports for Feb. 19

NEW CASTLE — STATE

•Accident. At 5:20 p.m. Friday on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township, Butler County. Police said Lucinda K. McNary, 68, of New Galilee was westbound when she lost control of her car, hit some guard rails and a traffic sign, bounced back onto the highway, then struck the guard rails again. She was treated at Jameson Hospital and released.

•Accident. At 1 p.m. Saturday on Harlansburg Road, Scott Township. Police said Glenn L. Spencer, 78, of New Castle was eastbound when he lost control because of traveling too fast down hill. Police said the car traveled across the road, struck a wooden planter and scraped a building wall. He suffered a minor injury, police said.

•Criminal mischief. Police said a beer bottle was thrown through the bedroom window of a home on Lawrence Avenue, Wayne Township, at 10:50 p.m. Feb. 12.

NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP

•Theft. On Katherine Street Friday. Police said approximately 12 gallons of gasoline were taken from a vehicle and motorcycle in an unlocked garage.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
