Man accused in nude child photos

NEW CASTLE — An Ohio man is wanted by New Castle police for allegedly taking nude photos of a 6-year-old girl.

Police Thursday charged Andrew David Price, 24, of East Liverpool with three counts each of photographing a sex act of a child and possession of child pornography, and one count each of corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person younger than 13 years old.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Police said a woman reported June 11 that she suspects Price took nude photos of her daughter.

She said she had thrown him out of her house and he left his phone behind.

The child told her mother Price had touched her private parts and took pictures of her in the shower.

The woman found three pictures on Price’s phone she believes show her daughter’s back end in the shower. She said the pictures were taken June 4 while Price was watching her children.

Police conducted a forensic interview with the girl at the Lawrence County Children’s Center and she said Price had touched her four times with his hands in an inappropriate area that was identified in the pictures.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
