•Scattering rubbish. Someone dumped scrap lumber on Cherry Lane in Little Beaver Township prior to April 13.

•Accident. Four vehicles collided about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Perry Township. Police said John H. Bollinger, 72, of Ellwood City, was westbound on Route 488 and had stopped to wait for eastbound traffic to turn onto North Tower Road. Officers said Kathleen M. Leppla, 21, of New Brighton and Trent J. Viccari, 18, of Ellwood City, had stopped behind Bollinger but Robert A. Miller, 21, of Grove City, did not. Police reported Miller’s car hit Leppla’s vehicle, pushing it into Viccari’s, which was pushed into Bollinger’s. Police said Viccari reported a minor injury but no other injuries were reported. Miller was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•John Paul Rickel, 22, of New Castle, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to stop at stop sign and driving with no headlights.

•Earl N. Harding, 52, of New Castle, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Tracey Lynn Braho, 44, of New Castle, driving under the influence, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jeanine Buchanan, 36, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Amber Lynn Reed, 20, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Kenneth Ryan Hazelton, 21, of New Castle, disorderly house.

•Michael I. Cuffie, 30, of New Castle, intimidating witness or victim, terroristic threats and harassment.

•John Thomas Lucchesi, 19, of Ellwood City, charged by Pulaski Township police with disorderly conduct.

Neshannock Township police charged the following people:

•Mikel Lynard Sharper, 32, of New Wilmington, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of failure to notify police of accident and driving at an unsafe speed.

•Glenda Elaine Holsinger, 49, of New Castle, pet confinement and control violation.
