Man accused in lawn ornament assault

NEW CASTLE — An Edinburg resident is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a man with a lawn ornament.

New Castle police were called to the 100 block of West Balph Avenue around 8:15 p.m. Saturday regarding the alleged attack.

A man said Brad Eugene Williams, 25, had picked up an iron lawn decoration and hit him with it multiple times. The man sustained a scrape under his left armpit and had visible swelling and bruising under his left eye.

Williams was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
