Dog owner charged in attack

NEW CASTLE — A pit bull owner has been cited after his dog allegedly attacked another dog that was secured on a chain.

The incident occurred on Countyline Road around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
