Man faces charges in stabbing

NEW CASTLE — A lower North Hill man has been arrested following a stabbing.

New Castle police reported that a West Side resident suffered slash wounds to the arm around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Ortarius S. Williams, 36, 212 Stewart Place, is facing one count each of aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

Police were called to Jameson Hospital, where the victim told them Williams had gotten out of a car on Pollock Avenue where he was and stabbed him twice in the left arm.

A witness told police she had seen Williams get out of the car and that he and the victim were arguing. She said Williams pulled out a switchblade and stabbed the man twice, then got into the car and left.

Williams was arraigned by District Judge Melissa A. Amodie, who set his bond at $15,000.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
