North Beaver man charged with rape, assault

NEW CASTLE — A North Beaver Township man is wanted on rape and related charges.

Justin Andrew Stauffer, 32, of 946 Cleland Mill Road is charged with rape, sexual assault, unlawful restraint and indecent assault.

State police said a 19-year-old woman reported the  incident Jan. 8 and said Stauffer had  assaulted her in late October.

The woman told police she had an intimate relationship with Stauffer, but on the date in question she told him she did not want to have sex with him.  She told police that Stauffer held her down and held her arms behind her back and forced her to have  intercourse with him after she told him to stop.

District Judge Jennifer Nicholson has issued a warrant for his arrest.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
