Two charged with vandalism

NEW CASTLE — Two men have been charged with damaging a North Hill house.

New Castle police charged Eric Flohr, 30, of 213 E. Wallace Ave., with two counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, harassment, disorderly conduct and disorderly house.

Keithen Lee Williams, 30, of 101 W. Lincoln Ave., was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and disorderly house.

An East Wallace Street resident told police $514 worth of damage was done to her home, which was vandalized about 2:15 a.m. June 25.

The victim said a front porch railing was torn off and damage was done to decorative front yard lights, flowers, three trellises and rose bushes, four solar lights, and three decorative lawn stakes. Three of five surveillance cameras also were damaged, she said.
