•Daniel L. Robison Jr., 29, of New Castle, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
•David Alan Querriera, 51, of New Castle, harassment.
•Robert Eugene Wise Jr., 52, of New Castle, use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Kayla P. Koszela, 23, of New Castle, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.
•Latima Daniels, 23, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly conduct.

•Vern Ronald Sipe Jr., 23, of New Castle, charged by state police with criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle.
Scott A. McGrath
•Brett Winfrey Boone, 41, of McConnelsville, Ohio, charged by Pulaski Township police with two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of disregarding traffic lane, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and operating vehicle without required insurance.

•Richard Lee McHenry, 43, New Castle — Two years in the intermediate punishment program with the first year on house arrest with electronic monitoring, $2,500 in fines, costs of prosecution, community service, 18-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Steven Paul Coast, 21, Volant —Two years probation, costs of prosecution, $1 restitution to the victim and community service. He pleaded guilty to criminal mischief.
•Bennett T. Campbell, 26, New Castle — Three-hundred-thirty days to 23 months in the Lawrence County jail with credit for 330 days served followed by 12 months probation, costs of prosecution, community service. He pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess, manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
•Justin K. Wagner, 29, Pittsburgh — Six months in the intermediate punishment program with the first seven days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, $300 fine, costs of prosecution, community service, referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol Commission, 12-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
•Christopher David Murphy, 21, New Castle — Two years probation, any weapon confiscated and in possession of the commonwealth is forfeited to Lawrence County District Attorney’s Task Force, community service, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed firearm without a license.
