Man faces charges of indecent assault

NEW CASTLE — State police have charged a New Castle man with indecent assault of a child.

Harold Baughman Jr., 36, of 5586 Countyline Road, faces charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person under 13.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the office of District Judge David Rishel, the charges stem from an alleged incident April 3 involving an 11-year-old girl.

The complaint says Baughman inappropriately touched the girl after she had finished taking a shower.

A warrant was issued for Baughman’s arrest.

Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal signed “unprecedented” legislation yesterday to expand gun rights in his state. Good idea?

Yes. Expanding the scope of where people can carry guns can help halt violent crimes and make those places safer.
No. Carrying guns into bars and schools is NEVER a good idea. I think it will lead to more violence.
Not sure, but I don’t plan to visit Georgia any time soon.
