NEW CASTLE —

•Jennifer Park, 36, New Castle — Her probation is revoked and all provisions of the original sentence not inconsistent with this resentencing are incorporated. She had pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and sentenced to one year probation.

•Gary Sweesy Jr. 39, Harrisville — Sixty days in the intermediate punishment program on house arrest with credit for 29 days served, $1,000 fine. He pleaded guilty to driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

•Gary Sweesy Jr. 39, Harrisville — One year in the intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring followed by two years probation to be served consecutively to the previous sentence, costs of prosecution, $1,500 fine, $255 to Lawrence County for lab fees, referral to Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol, 18-month license suspension. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

•Colby James Marshall, 22, Ellwood City — One to two years in a state correctional facility with credit for 206 days served to be served concurrently with any other sentence being served, costs of prosecution, $950 restitution, $25 to victim services fund. He pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property.

•Colby James Marshall, 22, Ellwood City — Eighteen to 48 months in a state correctional institution with credit for 206 days served to be served concurrently with any other sentence being served, $25 restitution to the victim services fund fee, provide a DNA sample, costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

•Colby James Marshall, 22, Ellwood City — One year probation to be served concurrently with any other sentence being served. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest.

•Colby James Marshall, 22, Ellwood City — He is resentenced on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance to pay costs of prosecution, 18 to 48 months incarceration with credit for 446 days served to be served concurrently with any other sentence being served.
