Police accuse man in alleged cocaine deal

NEW CASTLE — A Youngstown man faces drug charges in a case filed by Ellwood City police.

Christopher A. Brown, 32, is accused of possession with intent to deliver drugs, criminal use of a communication facility and possession of a controlled substance, after an alleged drug buy made with the assistance of a confidential informant.

According to documents filed in the office of District Judge Jerry Cartwright, members of the Ellwood City Police Department and the Lawrence County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force gave the informant $100 to purchase cocaine from Brown.

The court document states the transaction was completed and 0.74 grams of cocaine was sold to the informant.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
