•Brett Anthony Devido, 34, New Castle — Two years intermediate punishment program with the first 90 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring; costs of prosecution; $1,500 fine; assessment by Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol; license suspension 18 months. He pleaded guilty to DUI.

•Terrance D. Shelby, 28, Beaver Falls — Four years probation concurrent with any other sentence being served, plus costs of prosecution. He pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance.

•Terrance D. Shelby, 28, Beaver Falls — Four years probation, concurrent with any other sentence being served, plus and costs of prosecution. Any contraband in possession of the commonwealth is forfeited. He pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance.

•Terrance D. Shelby, 28, Beaver Falls — Costs of prosecution and $300 fine. He pleaded guilty to defiant trespass.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
