Man faces drug charges after Neshannock crash

NEW CASTLE — A man whose vehicle crashed into several cars on Preston Motors’ lot is now facing drug charges.

Neshannock Township police said Albert J. Mangino, 23, of 322 E. Maitland Lane had attempted to conceal marijuana and a pipe from officers after Tuesday’s 7 a.m. crash.

At the time of the accident, police said, Mangino had been southbound on Wilmington Road and attempting to pass another vehicle when he lost control.

His car then hit four vehicles at the car dealership.

After the accident, police allege, Mangino took marijuana and a pipe from his vehicle, crossed Wilmington Road and tossed the items into a Dumpster.

They said he will be charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as reckless driving, failing to drive at a safe speed, failing to obey traffic control devices and operating a vehicle with an expired registration.

A New York Yankees fan who was caught sleeping in the stands during a televised game is suing ESPN and the announcers for $10 million. Does he have a case?

Yes. Don’t most people fall asleep at baseball games? Why did they have to single HIM out? He must have been horrified. That’s worth AT LEAST $10 million!
No. This lawsuit is the very definition of “frivolous.” I still blame the old lady with the hot coffee for screwing up our legal system.
Not sure, but if the guy can make $10 million for nodding off, more power to him.
