STATE


•Theft. A chain link security fence surrounding the radio tower at Spartan Park Drive, Hickory Township, was cut between Monday and Tuesday. Once inside, several copper ground wires for the tower were cut and taken.

NESHANNOCK TOWNSHIP

•Accident. Police said Renee Caravaggio, 43, of Saratoga Circle, westbound on Pulaski Road at 9 a.m. Tuesday, apparently lost control of her vehicle just east of Kings Chapel Road. Her car left the road and struck a tree. Police said she was treated at Jameson Hospital.

New Castle police charged the following:

•Clinton P. Klinesmith, 25, of New Castle, simple assault and harassment.

•William Reynolds, 45, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Steven Michael Tedrow, 23, of Ellwood City, unauthorized use of a motor or other vehicle and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

•Melissa Lorraine Tracy, 26, of New Castle, three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Justin B. Edworthy, 29, of Greenville, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief.

•Aaron Lee Vogus, 38, of New Castle, four counts of intent to possess a controlled substance and one count each of receiving stolen property and driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked.

New Castle's code enforcement department charged the following:

•Jennifer Tolbert, 44, of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Charmagne Allen, of New Castle, failure to cut weeds or grass.

•Zebuliah James Bartley, 35, of Wampum, charged by Ellwood City police with public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

State police charged the following:

•Joseph Pounds, 20, of New Castle, criminal mischief.

•Lawrence County Auto Recycling, of Ellwood City, control of alarm devices violation.

 •Stacy Elizabeth Lopez, 32, of New Castle, charged by Union Township police with retail theft.

•Edward Joseph Cook, 30, of New Castle, criminal trespass.

•Sarah Elizabeth Heuer, 36, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Jonathan B. Malinchak, 24, of New Castle, harassment.

State police charged the following:

•Charles R. Bielski, 49, of Pulaski, criminal mischief.

•Raymond D. Gennaro, 61, of New Castle, harassment.

•April Lynn Turner, 35, of Volant, disorderly conduct.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to authorize Speaker John Boehner to sue President Obama for allegedly overstepping his legal authority with the way he's handled Obamacare. Good call?

Yes. Obama's been overstepping his authority since day one in office. It's time he pay the piper.
No. The allegations are ridiculous and the law suit is a waste of time and tax payer money.
I don't know. I'm not a huge fan of Obama, but the suit seems a little extreme.
