Gladys M. Harlan, 78, of Riverside Apartments died the morning of Nov. 20, 2007, in Jameson Hospital.
Born Jan. 7, 1929, in New York, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Hazel Black Miller Buehler.
She married David Harlan on Jan. 14, 1950. He survives.
Mrs. Harlan was a homemaker.
She was a member of First Alliance Church.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, David W. and Jeannie Harlan of New Castle; and three grandchildren, Brent Harlan and his wife, Becky, Brandon Harlan and Ashley Harlan.
She was preceded in death by a stepsister.
Visitation is 10 a.m. to noon Friday at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home, 2429 Wilmington Road.
A service will be conducted at noon Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Thomas Barnts of First Alliance Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
