New Castle police charged the following:

•Caroline J. O'Hara, 57, of New Castle, two counts each of access device fraud and publish, make or see access device altered and one count each of possessing access device knowing it is counterfeit or altered and theft by unlawful taking.

•Shawn O'Hara, 35, of New Castle, publish, make or see access device altered, access device fraud, possessing access device knowing it counterfeit or altered, receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy.

•Robert John Leslie, 46, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of driving while operating privileges suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating vehicle without required insurance and display plate card in improper vehicle.

•Pete Lopez IV, 41, of New Castle, charged by state police with four counts each of theft by unlawful taking and possession of firearm prohibited and one count of receiving stolen property.
