An Ellwood City man is in jail facing two felony charges stemming from an incident involving a runaway girl.
Joseph Steven Wolfe, 19, of 402 Bluff Ave., Ellwood City, was charged with interference with custody of children and concealment of whereabouts of a child.
According to the Ellwood City police, Wolfe was in the company of a 13-year-old girl for about 90 minutes Wednesday night, even though the girl’s parents demanded he stay away from her.
Police also charged him with corruption of minors, a misdemeanor.
Wolfe was arraigned Thursday before District Judge Jerry G. Cartwright.
He was placed in the Lawrence County jail on a $20,000 bond.
He faces a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 18.
