NEW CASTLE —
Carrie Messner has been elected chairman of the Lawrence County Young Republicans.
Other officers are Geoff Measel, vice chairman; Elizabeth Stelle, secretary; and Ryan Saari, treasurer.
The organization’s next meeting is set for 7 p.m. March 21 at the New Castle Public Library. The meeting is open to candidates, elected officials and the public.
