NEW CASTLE —
The city of New Castle is seeking the donation of an evergreen tree.
Public works director Michael Rooney said the tree should be 15 to 20 feet tall and available to be placed on Kennedy Square in time for Light Up Night, which is Nov. 15.
Rooney said the person donating the tree will be recognized with a sign at the foot of the tree.
