The following people were arrested Thursday in Ellwood City for alleged drug violations and other offenses:
•Paulette Myers, 60, 408 Loop St., New Castle. She faces drug-related charges in connection with alleged illegal sales of Roxicet, a controlled narcotic that contains oxycodone. She was released on her own recognizance.
•Hogan Cramer Gatto, 21, 214 Spring Ave., Ellwood City. He faces multiple drug-related charges for allegedly selling cocaine or counterfeit cocaine in exchange for oxycodone pills. His bond was set at $10,000.
•Louis Singleton, 21, 609 S. Ray St., New Castle. He faces multiple drug-related charges and additional firearms charges for an incident where police caught him with a loaded stolen handgun. He is charged in conjunction with carrying a gun without a license and being a convicted felon carrying a gun. He was already in the Lawrence County jail for a probation violation, and upon his arraignment Thursday, his bond was set at $300,000 on the new charges.
•Douglas Matthew Freed, 36, 195 McKim Way, Ellwood City. He is charged with multiple drug-related offenses, for alleged sales of crack cocaine. His bond was set at $10,000.
•Brett Baldelli, 25, Apt. 9, 201 Fifth St., Ellwood City. He is charged with multiple drug-related offenses for alleged possession and sale of oxycodone. He is in jail on $275,000 bond.
•Thomas Franklin Massey, 38, Rochester, Beaver County. He faces multiple drug-related charges for the alleged sale of crack cocaine. His bond is set at $10,000.
•Emma Thompson, 75, 1127 Crescent Ave., Ellwood City. She is facing multiple drug charges for alleged sale of fentanyl. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she posted bail.
•Richelle L. Kosto, 439 Loop St., Ellwood City. She is charged with credit card use offenses that are not drug related. Her bond was set at $25,000.
•Brian Flesher, 20, no known address. He also faces credit card charges and his bond was set at $35,000.
•Lonnie McCune, no known address. He was arrested on a summary warrant for disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty before Cartwright, paid a fine and was released.
•An 18-year-old Ellwood City male who is being charged as a juvenile with nine counts of felony drug-related offenses. He is lodged in a youth shelter in Greenville.
