NEW CASTLE —
The last day for Pennsylvania residents to register to vote for the November election is Oct. 9.
The deadline to obtain an absentee ballot is Oct. 30. Absentee ballots must be submitted the elections office at the Lawrence County Government Center by Nov. 2.
Military personnel and people overseas have until Nov. 14 to submit absentee ballots.
