NEW CASTLE —
There will be a grand opening at the official Lawrence County Democratic office on Thursday.
The event — which begins at 7 p.m. — will be at the former Hudson Lunch building, corner of East Washington and Mercer streets in downtown New Castle.
State Sen. Jay Costa of Allegheny County, minority floor leader, will be the guest speaker.
