NEW CASTLE — A fund has been set up to help the children of shooting victim Mariah Jai Anderson.

According to police, the 22-year-old Anderson was shot and killed Sunday night by her former boyfriend, who also was the father of her children.

The account has been set up at GNC Federal Credit Union by Kelly Clark, a relative of Anderson. Clark said all donations will benefit her three children: Pilaar, 4; Melinda “Mimi,” 3; and Carvale, 1.

Anyone interested in contributing may stop in or mail donations to GNC Federal Credit Union, 201 S. Jefferson St., New Castle, Pa. 16101. All donations should be earmarked to the Children of Mariah Anderson Fund.
