Published October 31, 2006 09:00 am - City police investigate shooting New Castle News New Castle police are investigating a shooting that took place yesterday morning on Chartes Street.
Police said they found a gray 2000 Pontiac Grand-Am riddled with bullet holes after they received a call about shots being fired in the Sheep Hill neighborhood around 3 a.m. A neighbor reported hearing gunshots and witnessed two men firing rounds into the car.
