The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will conduct a public meeting about the State Street Bridge and Edinburg Overpass replacement project.
The meeting is set for 5 to 7 p.m. July 29. It will be at the Mahoning Township Community Center, 4512 W. State St.
The State Street Bridge and Edinburg Overpass carry U.S. Route 224 over the Mahoning River and Norfolk Southern Railroad.
The proposed project includes the replacement of both structures and road improvements.
The purpose of the meeting is to present the preliminary construction plans and obtain public input prior to design completion.
