A South Side man has been charged with taking two bicycles from a Union Township garage.

Pennsylvania State Police said Richard Leroy Neely Jr., 18, of Reynolds Street was accused of taking two bicycles from the garage of a West Pearl Street house between 5:50 and 6:10 a.m. Tuesday.

He was arraigned before District Judge Jerry Cartwright on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft and lodged in the Lawrence County jail on $10,000 bond.
