Jeannine Felasco appears to have remained in Ohio. A licensed practical nurse, she recently renewed her Ohio nursing credentials. Neither an address or phone number were available for her.

Leo Dunn, a spokesman for the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, said Felasco is located in the board’s Erie District. The district covers Erie, Crawford, Warren and McKean counties.

Dunn said Felasco’s home address could not be released to the public. He also declined to comment on Felasco’s employment status.

He noted that, for the second quarter of 2007-08, 70 percent of the offenders who were capable of working had found employment. Dunn said that parole board ordered Felasco to maintain employment.

“The board highly encourages all parolees to be employed,” he said.

Felasco reportedly had been spotted in New Castle as recently as last week.
