Edinburg man facing charges

\An Edinburg man has been charged by state police with terroristic threats and stalking.

Brett Andrew Pagley, 28, was arraigned by District Judge David Rishel and released on his own recognizance. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow.

Police said the alleged incident, involving two victims, occurred at a home on West Poland Avenue in Bessemer the night of Dec. 26 into Thursday morning.
