Editor, The News: I have been researching my maternal grandmother’s family and discovered her mother — Sarah (Davies) (Wright) Leigh — emigrated from England in the late 19th century to live in New Castle with one of her daughters — a sister of my grandmother.

Editor, The News: When out and about, I continue to see individuals wearing shorts, jeans, etc., so low their underwear is exposed to the public, including our children and/or grandchildren.
