NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:
I am OK with the city increasing the garbage bag fees, if the city is prepared to have its sanitary workers get out of the trucks and clean up the garbage that will be dumped everywhere.
How about if New Castle sells the street cleaner that I only see on select streets in the city. That is right; I followed it.
I bet there are some parts of the city where people don’t even know we have a street cleaner.
