Hidden political agenda ignores the Constitution

NEW CASTLE — Editor, The News:

Just when I thought Robert Zbegan’s hatred of Joseph Waltenbaugh couldn’t get any more whacky and off the rail (his words) his letter of reconstituted, skewed information at best and lies he gets from liberal sources speaks volumes of the mindset of those feeling entitled and helpless.

I won’t place blame on either party but on both, and I’m talking about a progressive movement, a so-called hidden partisan agenda that completely ignores the Constitution and works incessantly for re-election and bigger government. This has been going on for decades and it is slowly eroding the fabric of the Constitution and changing laws.

Now we have a president sitting in the White House who is indefensible and inexcusable in everything he’s touched. I don’t think Joseph Waltenbaugh hates Obama. I think he’s sick of the lies, the incompetence, the inexperience, the shame and the embarrassment he’s wrought. I know I feel this way about him.

Now as far as idolized men in Congress that Zbegan obviously dislikes, I think it’s more of an admiration Waltenbaugh has for them as have I. We admire men like Ted Cruz, Mike Lee and Rand Paul. Unfortunately, “we the people” can’t seem to elect enough of these great patriots.

We’ve had corrupt government in our country since our forefathers signed the Declaration of Independence, but it’s gotten progressively worse and now has reached a fevered pitch and comes to rest on the desk of the president.

As Harry Truman said, the buck definitely stops here and rests with that man. Consider the facts and look at the lies. Obama is in complete denial. He lives in a delusional world where he believes his own lies.

This isn’t hurting him; it’s destroying our country. Shame on him and anyone who still believes him.

Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 fell from the sky in Donetsk, Ukraine, on Thursday, killing all 298 people aboard. Many are speculating that Russian rebels (supported by Vladimir Putin) are responsible for downing the aircraft. What do you think?

Yes. All evidence points that way.
No. Everyone is so quick to point fingers, but there's not enough evidence to support claims of Russian guilt.
I'm not sure. I'll just wait until the investigation is over to make up my mind.
What is up with these Malaysian Airlines planes? I know one airline I won't be flying any time soon...
