NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:
This country was founded on Christian principles.
II Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways then will I forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
And we desperately need healing in our land. The deepest wounds of our lives can be healed by the acceptance of our Creator’s great love for us.
Many are trying to fill the empty vacuum of the soul with false intimacy instead.
Such as: the use of drugs and drunkenness, impure sexual relationships, fantasy escapes, money gods, etc.
I pray that those called by the name Christian will rise up and be the real deal in acting out and sharing the true answer (Jesus) to revive what our forefathers fought so hard for.
