NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:
I wanted to acknowledge Clark’s Studio for recently assisting the Paws4ACause program that benefited the Lawrence County Humane Society.
As people may be aware, Clark’s Studio is a community-based company that supports the greater New Castle area throughout the year.
This program highlighted proud pet owners’ dogs whose pictures were voted on via the Internet.
Participants were rewarded points for their pets by contributing various pet food and other essentials to the humane society.
My dog Chloe participated in the contest and the voting started four days earlier than I thought. This oversight was addressed by Mike Clark in a very professional and caring manner. For this act of kindness, I am very appreciative.
I am grateful to Clark’s for great customer service, the participants, as well as the humane society. Local citizens need to be more aware of their community-based businesses whose generosity enables such organizations as the humane society to have the advantage of such programs.
Clark’s demonstrated civic responsibility and is one of the finest community-based businesses in our area.
