NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:
I was not happy when I received the notice from Comcast mid-December that WFMJ Youngstown would be dropped from their lineup in New Castle.
I did contact Comcast online and was told it was a business decision. After reading the article in the News on Jan. 2, I decided to call and file a complaint.
I was on hold for 51 minutes before a supervisor answered, who then told me that formal complaints must be made online. She agreed to do it for me since I had waited so long, but when I went online afterward, I couldn’t find any complaint form.
My guess is that quite a few customers are upset with the removal of the station, but they are unable to express their opinions because of the hassle involved in filing a complaint.
