News cartoons back liberal viewpoints

NEW CASTLE — Editor, The News:

Judging by the frequent cartoons in The News, I’ve been wondering if our local paper is being funded by The George Soros Media Matters Liberal Socialist Progressive Organization.

They, along with our president and the unions, are backing the Wall Street occupiers who are handing out Marxist literature.

I know many good people who have to belong to a union, but they would not want their dues going for this type of anti-American atrocity.

By the way, “change” and “forward” were the slogans of communists in Red Square Moscow when they began.

Sarah Palin is calling for the impeachment of President Obama for his handling of the border crisis, comparing America to a “battered wife.” Do you agree?

Yes. It seems Obama is intentionally allowing illegal immigrants to enter our country, which hampers job opportunities for U.S. citizens. Our new slogan should be, ’Bye, American!
No. Sarah Palin? Really? C’mon! The president is doing the best he can with a difficult situation. Let him finish out his term.
Not sure. I’m not a big fan of the president, but I don’t think Palin’s “battered wife” comment was appropriate.
