NEW CASTLE — Editor, The News:

I am writing this letter regarding people who ride the ACTS van. They know who they are.

People yell at the van drivers when they are running late. People have to understand that drivers don’t have an easy job. They do their best.

There are times that I have waited for over an hour. I never said a word to them.

I thank God for the ACTS bus every day. Without it I don’t know what I would do. These drivers don’t have an easy job, most of all in the bad months.

People should thank God every day for the driver and van. They don’t need to yell at them.

The next time maybe they should buy the drivers a hot cup of coffee or a cold drink and little snack and not just yell at them. They should show them that they are thankful for them, and not just yell.

They don’t have an easy job. It’s very stressful and hard. Thank God for each one of them, men and women, who work hard every day.
