Residency dispute is costly to district

NEW CASTLE — Editor, The News:

Why does one choose to create a dispute about where they live?

Just because one owns property in more than one school district, he does not get to choose which school his children will attend.

The house one resides in determines the school district. If you don’t like that school district, then move to the house you already own that is within that district.

Jay Behm, in his recent letter to the editor, appears to be glad that he cost the district so much money.

I don’t know how Behm can live with himself.
