NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:

Did we have the tax base to support this? The thought of the burden on taxpayers weighed heavily on me.
Acting superintendent Stan Magusiak has presented for the first time actual class sizes. Projection appears to be 28 students per grade level in each room.
My experience tells me those numbers are too high.
This is not a formula for success. I am truly disappointed.
