NEW CASTLE —
Editor, The News:
When I first saw the front page of The News on Dec. 24, I thought there was another house fire with more lives lost.
I’m referring to your Top 10 News Stories of 2012, story number 8.
Speaking for many friends and family members of the victims of the house fire, your Top 10 list, printed on Christmas Eve, is cold-hearted, callous and insensitive.
Do you think the little girl that survived this wants to be on your top 10 list?
The News is not a late-night TV entertainment show with a top 10 segment.
I think The News should stick to reporting daily news and stop trying to copy Hollywood entertainment.
