Bible provides messages that people must heed

NEW CASTLE — Editor, The News:

Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, saying where is the promise of his coming? II Peter 3:3-4

But as the days of Noah were so shall also the coming of the son of man be. Matthew 24: 37-38.

Before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark. Remember Christ being a type of ark, to receive him to be saved.

And upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity. Luke 21:25. Meaning terrible anxiety, they don’t have answers for what’s happening. You see the condition of the world today.

When these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. Luke 21:28

Revelation 4:1 John states as it were a trumpet talking, crying come up here. This is the rapture of the church of Jesus Christ. What is the rapture? The literal visible bodily coming of Christ to call out of this world, literally and bodily every born again believer.

I Thessalonians 4:16, 17. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God.

And the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds.

I Corinthians 15:51, 54: Behold I show you a mystery. We hall not all sleep (be dead) but we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump. For the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we (the living) shall be changed.

Do you talk to yourself when you're alone?

Yes, but I’m basically just thinking out loud.
No, that would be weird.
I don’t know. Next time I’m alone, I’ll ask.
