In my experience with the New Castle school board, I have found Philip Conti to be fair and open-minded. Equally important is how prudent he is with our tax dollars. Conti views the employees of the New Castle school district as assets, not adversaries, and recognizes the importance of management and the employees working together for the benefit of the school district. For these reasons, I hope others will join with me in supporting Philip Conti for school board. Ron Sneed recording secretary Teamsters Local Union No. 261
