New Castle police charged the following:

•William A. Frazier III, 34, of New Castle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and disorderly conduct.

•Mark Norge, 48, of New Castle, two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment and public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•John Glen Saloman Jr., 27, of New Castle, receiving stolen property.

•Scott Rodgers, 53, of New Castle, public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Sarah K. Fowler, 34, of New Castle, retail theft.

•Janine Sampias, 49, of Danbury, Conn., public drunkenness and similar misconduct.

•Michael P. Clark, 34, of New Castle, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

•Elks Lodge 18, of New Castle, control of alarm devices violation.

•Jae-Analyn Charles, 16, of New Castle, purchase of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.

The Ellwood City Area School District charged the following people:

•Dawn Ramsey of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Ashlynn Ramsey of Ellwood City, violation of compulsory school attendance.

•Carly Statti of Ellwood City, compulsory school attendance violation.

•Tiaya Statti, 15, of Ellwood City, three counts of violation of compulsory school attendance.

The Lawrence County district attorney charged the following people:

•John E. Alfano, 41, of Ellwood City, two counts of bad checks.

•Alan Curtis Myers Jr., 36, of New Castle, three counts of failure to apply for dog license.

•Charles L. Brown Jr., 58, of New Galilee, two counts of pet confinement and control violation, three counts of failure to have dog or cat vaccinated and one count each of failure to apply for dog license and failure to keep dog licensed.

•Jeffrey Fogle, 17, of New Castle, charged by the Shenango Area School District with use of tobacco in school.

Shenango Township police charged the following people:

•Daniel Allen Frazier, 29, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of disregarding traffic lane.

•Stephen Matthew Searock, 26, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count of reckless driving.

•Brett Anthony Devido, 33, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence.

•Daniel Joseph Norris, 20, of New Castle, criminal attempt, conspiracy and defiant trespass.

•Richard A. Vogan, 30, of West Middlesex, disorderly conduct.

•William Henry Owens III, 21, of New Castle, possession of marijuana.

New Castle police charged the following people:

•Mary Francis, 34, of Ellwood City, cruelty to animals.

•Christopher J. Sheeler, 37, of Ellwood City, transporting a dog without a license attached to the collar.

The Lawrence County Career and Technical Center charged the following people:

•Daniel A. McConahy, 18, of New Castle, use of tobacco in school.

•Micah Worek, 17, of New Castle, use of tobacco in school.

•Daniel C. Taylor, 76, of New Castle, driving under the influence and careless driving.

•Thomas Bernard Ronan III, 27, of New Castle, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

•Christopher W. Laux, 24, of New Castle, three counts of terroristic threats, two counts of criminal mischief and one count each of simple assault and harassment.

•Michael Ross Williams, 25, of New Castle, two counts of driving under the influence and one count each of no rear lights and disregarding traffic lane.

•Thomas Bernard Ronan III, 27, of New Castle, two counts each of simple assault and harassment.
